Rates
30 min. session: $135
25 min. Direct treatment
5 min at the end for debriefing, clean up, and documentation
60 min session: $175
50 min. Direct treatment
5-10 min at the end for debriefing, clean up, and documentation
The following services will be prorated by 15 minute increments:
Evaluation and collaborative goal setting: $200/hour
Assessment report writing: $135/hour
Consultation: $135/hour
These rates include all materials and the use of the Jean Kvamme Center (JKC) horses and volunteers. Reports, formal evaluations and extra consultations and meetings will be billed separately and discussed in advance.
As a private pay therapist, Speech In Motion is not contracted with any insurance companies. A superbill can be provided at the end of each month; please check with your insurance before scheduling services with Speech In Motion. Every insurance company reimburses at different rates for out of network providers. You may be eligible to use an HSA or FSA to pay for services.

Forms of payment accepted: cash, check (made payable to: Speech In Motion) or Credit Card. A $30 fee will be applied to all bounced checks.
Arrangements may be possible for families with financial needs.
Cancellations
• Cancellations should be made with a 24-hour notice. In case of illness, please call or text before 8:00 am to cancel. If not canceled on time, the regular session fee will be charged. All clients will be allowed one free late cancellation a year.
Sessions
• Therapy services will be provided based on the goals agreed upon by both parties in order to best serve the patient. Goals can be established through one or more of the following means: administered evaluations, outside reports, informal
assessments, observations, and by request.
• Sessions are typically 30 or 60 minutes, however, special arrangements can be made on an individual basis. Group sessions and support groups are also available by special arrangement.
• An initial phone consultation of no more than 30 minutes is recommended to
decide if both parties are in favor of proceeding.
• Standardized and/or Informal assessment and observation will take place in the first two or three sessions. Results can be presented in a report, followed by a discussion of recommendations and possible start of services. An extra session fee will be charged for report writing.
